1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting this website or placing an order with Victoria Pharmacy (Farmacia Victoria), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all interactions with Victoria Pharmacy, including browsing our website, placing medication orders via WhatsApp, and receiving home delivery. They are governed by the laws of Mexico.
2. About Our Services
Victoria Pharmacy is a licensed retail pharmacy operating three branches in the Lake Chapala area of Jalisco, Mexico, registered with COFEPRIS under license number 2414045006D00055. We sell brand-name prescription and over-the-counter medications, process special orders for hard-to-find drugs, and offer same-day home delivery across Ajijic, Chapala, San Antonio Tlayacapan, and surrounding communities.
Our ordering service operates via WhatsApp. Orders are handled by licensed pharmacists during branch operating hours (Monday to Saturday). We do not operate an automated online store; every order is reviewed and confirmed by a member of our team.
3. Ordering Process
Placing an order involves the following steps:
- You send a photo of your prescription via WhatsApp.
- A pharmacist reviews it and replies with availability and pricing.
- You confirm the order and choose delivery or branch pickup.
No order is confirmed until our pharmacist explicitly acknowledges it in writing. Prices quoted during this process are valid only for that specific order and may vary based on current stock and supplier pricing.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders where prescription requirements are not met or where stock is unavailable.
4. Prescription Requirements
Many medications sold by Victoria Pharmacy require a valid prescription (receta médica) issued by a licensed physician under Mexican law (Ley General de Salud and applicable Normas Oficiales Mexicanas). By sending a prescription, you confirm that:
- The prescription is genuine, current, and issued by a licensed healthcare professional.
- The medication is intended for the named patient.
- You have not altered or falsified the document in any way.
Presenting a forged or altered prescription is a criminal offence under Mexican law. We report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities. We may refuse to fill any prescription that appears invalid, expired, or inconsistent with applicable regulations.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted individually by our pharmacist team after confirming stock availability. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are valid for the confirmed order only and are subject to change without notice for future orders.
Payment is accepted at the time of delivery or at the branch counter. We do not process card payments online or store payment information of any kind.
6. Home Delivery
Same-day home delivery is available in Ajijic, Chapala, San Antonio Tlayacapan, and nearby areas, subject to order timing and delivery capacity on the day. Delivery to areas outside this zone may be arranged on a case-by-case basis; ask our team for details.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors outside our control — including traffic, weather, and order volume — may affect timing. Victoria Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the medication. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
7. Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel an order at any time before the medication has been prepared. Once a prescription has been dispensed, cancellation may not be possible; please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Under Mexican health regulations, prescription medications that have been dispensed generally cannot be returned. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in the case of a dispensing error on our part, and must be raised with our team immediately upon receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by Mexican law, Victoria Pharmacy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the value of that order.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Website content may not always reflect current stock or pricing.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Jalisco. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico.
